 A founding member of the firm, Patti has been in public accounting since 1980, and has practiced in Tuolumne County since 1984. She graduated from Fresno State University and specializes in personal and business taxes, small business accounting systems and trust and estate taxation. She is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Robert C. Hoyt III, CPA 
A CPA since 1996, Bob joined the firm as a partner in 1999. He holds degrees in finance and accounting from Oregon State University. He specializes in advising small businesses, individuals and trusts with tax, accounting and investment strategies
Jose Aguilera, CPA
With 22 years of public accounting experience, Jose has worked in Tuolumne County since 1988 and joined the firm as a partner in 2009. He is a graduate of Fresno State University, and offers expertise in construction, retail, professional services and non-profit industries. He is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Jeannie Woosley, bookkeeper
 On our staff since 1992, Jeannie brings extensive expertise in accounting, payroll and sales taxes. She leads our in-house bookkeeping staff, provides out-sourced accounting services for leading clients and is proficient in QuickBooks and tax preparation.
Janet Ofstad, bookkeeper
A successful small business owner for many years, Janet joined our staff in 2006. She brings personal expertise in small business operations, along with a strong accounting background. She is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is the company’s QuickBooks trainer.
A member of our firm since 1986, Cathy brings clients more than 25 years of experience in QuickBooks, payroll and sales tax knowledge, and provides valuable services to clients who have out-sourced accounting needs.
Lisa Hurley, office manager Lisa joined our firm as office manager in 2010, bringing years of experience in small business and construction management. She has worked extensively with QuickBooks, and provides payroll and business support to our office staff.
